third parties may use your information to process and
maintain your account. With your authorization, Nissun
Cap Inc. may use your provided contact information to
contact you about your account and send your necessary
information, such as art work directly to our related
embroidery or imprint service partners. We may inform
you our new products lines and special offer as well.
Nissun Cap Inc. will not forward your confidential information
to unaffiliated third parties without your permission.
During the registration process, you have the option to
inform us that you do not wish to receive e-mail or fax
about our special promotions or offers. In addition, we
may allow third parties to offer registration-based services
through our site. Nissun Cap Inc. is not responsible for
the actions and policies of these third parties, and you
should review the privacy policies of these parties when
supplying personal information to them. We reserves the
right to alter our Privacy Policy as business needs require.

Services
Catalog request:
Please fill out the catalog request form and directly e-mail
to us by pressing the "submit" button: You could
request up to one free catalogs via regular postal mail
service. We required your own "shipping account number"
for additional copies.
Stock availability:
Please call our customer service teams to confirm stock
before placing orders.
"Blank merchandise"
sample:
Purchase order is required via fax to sample department
for blank merchandise. The unit price will be charged per
for each sample price off first column pricing, plus freight
charge.
"Custom imprint/embroidery"
sample:
Pre-production sample is highly recommended. If pre-production
sample is waived, signed paper proof is required prior to actual
production.
Placing
Orders
1.
Phone orders will be taken
on blank merchandise only.
2.
Purchase order is required
for all "Net terms", "imprint" and "embroidery"
orders. Purchase orders are accepted by fax or e-mail only.
"Net term" is subject to credit approval based on
credit limit. You may down load the credit application
form through the web site or please call customer service representative for details.
Purchase
Prices
1.
All prices are F.O.B. Chino California,Norcross,Georgia, Dallas, Texas or Chicago Illinols.
2.
Net terms or company checks approval are only applied
to customers with prior credit approval. $31.25( V ) service
fee will be charged for all returned checks. Plus 1.5% per
month will be added to unpaid balance. Customer agrees to
pay all collection costs, including attorney's fee and court
costs if such are required.
3.
First order can be paid by either C.O.D.
cashier's check, money order or Visa/Master cards. But C.O.D.
is not available on third party shipment. First custom order
require pre-payment to rush the order.
4.
All prices are subject to change without
notice and they are in accordance with Nissun Cap catalog,
or special flyers; we are not responsible for any incorrect published price elsewhere.
5.
Samples are non-returnable.
6.
Back orders are not available. Please call
for availability before placing orders.
Shipping
1.
Same day shipping if orders
placed before 2:30 pm. Nissun Cap Inc. is not responsible
for shipment delays caused by carriers (ex. UPS, trucking, etc.) or natural causes.
2.
All goods are shipped via UPS Ground unless
specified on the purchase order. FedEx and trucking are
also available with at least 1 day advanced arrangement.
The LTL trucking handling charge $6.25 ( V ) will be applied
to each pallet.
3.
Total 5 drop shipment addresses are allowed
per order. The extra charge $11.25 ( V ) per additional
drop ship address will be applied. Please submit quantity
per address in purchase order.
4.
International shipment should be submit
along with a commercial invoice. UPS or FexEx account number
must be provided to process custom duties, taxes and entry
fees.
Packaging
1.
Caps are packed in 2 dozens
inner box, 12 dozens per carton(6 inner boxes)
2.
Bags and accessories are
packed in various size of carton. Please check Nissun Cap
catalog for piece per box various quantities.
Repeat
Orders
1.
Embroidery orders: no new
tape charge is incurred if it is an exact repeat. A change
in logo will result in an additional tape charge.
2.
Imprint orders: if it is an exact repeat
orders placed within 90 days, the screen charge is $25.00
( V ) for caps and bags. Repeat order over 90 days reverts
to origional $43.75 ( V ) set up charges.
Cancellation/Changes
All cancellations or changes
in orders must be in writing and faxed to Nissun Cap Inc.
for confirmation. All returns must be authorized within 10 days and will be subject to 20% restocking fee.
Disclaimer
of liability
1.
Nissun Cap, Inc. cannot
guarantee variances in color, shade, texture, size, and
construction of finished goods. We reserve the right to
change, correct or improve goods without prior notice. No
adjustments or claims will be processed regarding these
variances. Nissun Cap, Inc. acceptance of your purchase
order constitutes an agreement based solely on our terms
and conditions regardless of those terms and conditions
outlined in your phurchase order. We are not responsible
for verbal orders.
2.
Nissun Cap Inc. will not be liable for
any damages caused by any error, omission, deletion of web
site, or computer virus attack during electronic transmission,
or any failure of shipment caused by shippers ( ex. UPS,
FedEx, trucking, etc), custom, overseas quota, or other
uncontrollable natural causes.

Nissun Cap Inc. contains copyrighted material
and trademarks including, but not limited to, text, software,
photos, video, graphics, and the entire contents of Nissun
Cap, Inc. are copyrighted as a collective work under the
United States copyright laws. Nissun Cap, Inc. reserve the
copyright in selection, coordination and arrangement of
such content, as well as in the content original to it.
User may download copyrighted material for User's personal
use only. No copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication
or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be
permitted without the permission of Nissun Cap, Inc. and
